What’s Involved:
Support the end-to-end delivery of new showroom development projects, from initial setup to launch, ensuring every space reflects our brand and meets customer expectations.
Assist with detailed planning, coordination, and hands-on execution on-site, helping to implement visual merchandising, floor layouts, and operational systems to showroom standards.
Help onboard and support new store teams, ensuring they feel confident in their roles and are set up for success through effective training and operational guidance.
Share real-time feedback and insights to continuously improve team workflows, enhance showroom functionality, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, contractors, and store leaders to ensure smooth project execution, effective communication, and a seamless store opening process.
Temporary Contracts: January – April
These roles are offered on a temporary basis, perfect for those seeking short-term experience, project-based work, or a chance to broaden their impact across multiple stores and teams.
Please Note: Travel is Essential This role will involve planned travel to various store locations, including regional and interstate travel. Flexibility is essential to align with project timelines and location needs.

Detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities and maintain showroom presentation standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong understanding of furniture showroom standards and daily operations, including visual merchandising, product placement, customer flow, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
Willing and available to travel as required from January through April to support new showroom setups, seasonal events, or regional coverage needs.
