This role plays a critical role in performance and delivery of the Amart website, requiring strong trading abilities on performance management of the website and online customer experience.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation you will demonstrate a genuine passion for online and retail!

Unlike a traditional eCommerce Manager, this position does not oversee development or platform management – instead, it champions online results, customer experience and trading execution.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Own daily, weekly and monthly online sales performance, ensuring targets for revenue, conversion rate, AOV and abandon cart are met or exceeded.
Analyse trading metrics and identify opportunities to maximise conversion. Reporting on performance, key insights and action plans.
Liaising with various stakeholders throughout the business including Digital, Marketing, IT, Buying and Customer Support to optimise promotional execution, pricing and product mix.
Collaborate with wider teams to optimise the customer experience onsite.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
You will have at least 4yrs+ experience in an eCommerce or Online Trading role.
Proven track record of delivering strong online sales growth and conversion improvement.
Ideally, you will hold a tertiary qualification in marketing or relevant.
Highly analytical with strong excel and digital analytics skills (e.g. GA4, Lookerstudio, Fullstory, Optimizely).
You will be results focused and enjoy working hard to deliver on time with your deadlines.
You will have a genuine passion for the retail industry, preferably with a working background in retail or consumer marketing.
High attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
You will enjoy a fast-paced environment and have no problem prioritising and balancing your ever-changing workload.
