ABOUT THE ROLE

Each role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers and supporting your team. Responsibilities will vary depending on the position, but all roles involve contributing to a positive, high-energy environment.

We’re hiring for multiple roles at our Prospect store. Current opportunities include:

  • Assistant Manager
  • Full Time Sales Team Member

 

In these roles, you will:

  • Lead from the front on the store floor, directly working with customers and inspiring their home styling choices.
  • Coach and support Sales Team Members to build confidence, product knowledge and sales capability.
  • Help drive store performance through clear targets, daily focus and strong customer outcomes.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to manage priorities, rosters and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and a safe, welcoming store environment.
  • Use in-store systems to support the sales journey and customer follow-up.

You’re a confident emerging leader who genuinely enjoys helping people succeed. You bring energy, positivity, pride to your work and you know how to lift a team through strong coaching and clear direction. You’re motivated by results and love seeing both customers and teammates leave better off because of your support.

 

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a team leading customer-facing sales role.
  • A people-development mindset. You enjoy coaching, mentoring and celebrating progress.
  • A strong sales drive with the ability to set the pace and influence performance.
  • Great communication and listening skills, with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail to keep the store looking its best.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and peak trade periods.
