The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team by coordinating campaign activities, managing administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their marketing career in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Delivery
  • Implement and assist in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
  • Manage timelines and assets to ensure campaigns are delivered on brand, on time, and on budget.
  • Media & Channel Coordination
  • Brief and coordinate with media agencies for campaign execution.
  • Local Area Marketing (LAM)
  • Support store teams with localised marketing initiatives and materials.
  • Track and report on LAM activity outcomes.
  • Content & Creative
  • Liaise with creative team to produce marketing assets.
  • Ensure all creative is aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations.
    • Maintain accurate records of spend and ROI.

Campaign Delivery

  • Campaigns delivered on time and within budget

Media Execution

  • Accuracy and timeliness of media bookings

Local Area Marketing

  • Number of store-level initiatives supported

Content & Creative

  • Adherence to brand guidelines

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in briefing and managing creative and media agencies.

Desirable:

  • Marketing or Communications qualification.
  • Experience in digital campaign execution and reporting.
