We’re looking for a Compliance & Master Data Assistant to join our team—someone who thrives on accuracy, structure, and keeping things running smoothly across multiple workstreams.

 

About the Role

This is a critical support role within our Compliance function, ensuring our pricing, promotions, and product data are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Buying, and Stores to make sure everything we put into market stacks up—both commercially and legally.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Enter and maintain promotional pricing and RRP data across internal systems
  • Support the development and upkeep of promotional advertising templates
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure all campaigns meet compliance standards
  • Assist in building and maintaining compliance packs for all promotional activity
  • Provide reporting and updates to ensure cross-functional alignment
  • Support Master Data processes including product registrations and reporting

 

What Success Looks Like

  • High levels of data accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies quickly
  • Strong turnaround times without compromising quality
  • Consistent attention to detail across all outputs

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles
  • Exceptional attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines
  • A calm, structured approach under pressure
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential)
  • A process-driven mindset with strong organisational discipline
