Drive strategy. Lead campaigns. Fuel growth.
We’re looking for a sharp, commercially savvy Marketing Manager to lead our retail marketing efforts and take our brand to the next level. If you’re passionate about turning insights into action, and action into sales, this role is your next big move.

Based in Rochedale, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of marketers to deliver compelling, customer-driven campaigns that drive foot traffic, sales, and brand growth. From integrated campaign planning to media strategy and local area marketing, you’ll set the pace and keep performance on track.

About the role:

This is a brand-building, people-leading, results-focused role—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to lead from the front.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Retail Campaigns That Perform – Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns that bring customers in-store and online and keep them coming back.
  • Media Strategy & Execution – Build smart, effective media plans across digital, TV, radio, print, OOH and more. Partner with media agencies to maximise impact.
  • Local Area Marketing (LAM) – Develop local strategies to support stores at a community level.
  • Data & Insights – Use customer insights and performance metrics to shape smarter campaigns and optimise results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with digital, content, creative, category managers and store ops teams to deliver cohesive campaigns, on brand and on time.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team – Mentor, guide, and inspire a passionate team of marketers to execute campaigns with excellence and pace.
  • Budget Management – Own the marketing budget, track ROI, and drive efficiency.

What you bring to the table:

  • 4+ years of marketing management experience, ideally in a retail or FMCG setting
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong media knowledge across digital and traditional channels
  • A customer-first mindset and commercial acumen – you understand what drives traffic and sales
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on, agile approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • Strong communication, time management, and campaign planning skills
  • Passion for retail, branding, and building great customer experiences
