We’re on the search for a Recruiter! Hi, I’m Raz. I’m the HR Manager here at Amart & I don’t normally write job ads, which is why we need you!

So, let’s get down to business…

This is a hands-on role & your primary focus will be to actively recruit retail leaders nationwide. We’re looking for someone who is wanting to make a difference, source the best talent for Amart & invigorate our recruitment experience nationally.  This role is a 3-month fixed term contract.

So, who are we? We’re one of Australia’s largest furniture retailers, with 66 stores across Australia. Our team of experts know our products inside & out as we’re committed to helping our customers find their perfect furniture match.

What about the role? Here’s a normal week (if there is such a thing!):

  • End-to-end recruitment including supporting 66 hiring managers across the nation;
  • Active candidate sourcing for critical / executive roles;
  • Create tailored job ad content which targets top talent;
  • Develop hiring managers to ensure they select the best candidates;
  • Identify & implement new attraction & retention strategies;
  • Utilise online platforms to drive employer of choice / branding;
  • Ensure Amart is represented & considered externally as an “employer of choice”; &
  • Lead our induction & onboarding program.
