ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Team Member, you’re the first person our customers connect with when they walk into the store. Your focus is to deliver exceptional service that ensures customers feel confident when selecting pieces for their home.

In this role, you will:

• Listen and understand customers’ needs to build rapport and guide them to the right products.
• Create an outstanding in-store experience that drives sales, repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Work towards clear sales targets, identifying opportunities and celebrating wins as a team.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and keep the store clean, safe and ready to welcome customers.
• Use in-store systems confidently to support customer purchases and follow-ups.

ABOUT YOU
You’re a confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people. You bring energy, positivity and pride to your work, and you love the rhythm of a busy retail floor. You’re motivated by results and get a buzz from achieving and exceeding targets.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in customer-facing or sales roles (retail experience is a bonus).
• A friendly, approachable style with strong listening skills.
• A sales-driven mindset with the resilience to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for details and the ability to follow direction to maintain high in-store standards.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and peak trade periods.
