ABOUT THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you are accountable for the overall success of the store. From customer experience and team development to sales performance and operational excellence. You’ll lead from the front, set the pace on the floor and create a culture where people feel valued, supported and inspired to win together.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive store performance through clear targets, strong execution and customer-first leadership.
  • Create an exceptional in-store experience that builds trust, loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including rostering, compliance, visual merchandising and stock integrity.
  • Build a positive, inclusive and energetic team culture that celebrates progress and results.
  • Partner with your wider region to deliver store priorities and elevate capability.

ABOUT YOU
You’re a confident, hands-on retail leader who loves helping people succeed. You know how to lift performance through coaching, clarity and connection. You’re commercially minded, customer-obsessed and proud of the standards you set.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager (or an Assistant Store Manager ready for the next step) in a busy retail environment.
  • A genuine passion for developing people and building future leaders.
  • Strong sales drive and the ability to deliver results through your team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a calm, solutions-focused leadership style.
  • Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and peak trade periods.
