As Visual Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key part in bringing promotional and brand campaigns to life in store, supporting the coordination and execution of visual merchandising initiatives across the retail network.
You’ll work closely with the Visual Merchandising team, Marketing Team, Product Team, Store Operations, and external suppliers to ensure in‑store environments are executed accurately, consistently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
In‑Store Visual Merchandising Execution
Support the delivery of in‑store Visual Merchandising execution for campaigns, promotions, and key retail moments.
Coordinate Visual Merchandising rollout timelines, store communication, asset delivery, and implementation schedules.
Coordinate and fulfil store Point of Sale order requirements, ensuring stores receive the correct materials, quantities, and delivery timelines aligned to campaign execution.
Assist with the execution of Amart’s promotional, seasonal, and Visual Merchandising calendar.
Ensure all Visual Merchandising and Point of Sale assets are executed accurately, on time, and in line with brand and Visual Merchandising guidelines.
Support consistency of visual standards and presentation across the store network.
Assist with store feedback, troubleshooting, and follow‑up to ensure successful Visual Merchandising execution.
Visual Merchandising Operations & Administration
Maintain Visual Merchandising campaign timelines, trackers, and workback schedules.
Manage Visual Merchandising asset libraries, artwork versions, and rollout documentation.
Coordinate artwork approvals, print production, and national distribution of VM and POS materials.
Prepare and distribute Visual Merchandising briefs, promotional execution guides, product launch packs, and store instructions.
Support efficient day‑to‑day operations of the Visual Merchandising team.
Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination
Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product Team and Store Operations to align campaigns and launch intent with in‑store execution.
Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to translate campaign creative into effective, practical in‑store Visual Merchandising assets.
Support store teams resources to ensure clear communication and smooth implementation.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience
Essential:
1–2 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising coordination, marketing coordination, or retail operations.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly across artwork, quantities, and distribution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or project management tools.
Desirable:
Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, or Communications qualification (completed or in progress).
Experience working in a retail or multi‑store environment.
Exposure to print production, Point of Sale fulfilment, or national rollout coordination.
