In this role, you’ll be the engine behind the scenes — keeping timelines tight, logistics flowing, and stakeholders aligned. You’ll partner closely with another Coordinator (the build guru 👷‍♂️), while being supported by a Showcase Manager to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the ultimate logistics legend — tracking samples, containers, and schedules like a pro
  • Keep the wheels turning by working with suppliers and making sure everything lands on time (and labelled perfectly 👌)
  • Own the countdown — setting goals, rallying teams, and keeping the showcase buzzing on schedule
  • Be the go-to problem solver — spotting risks early and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Bring the event to life by coordinating contractors, equipment, and all the behind-the-scenes magic
  • Design smooth, seamless experiences for attendees with clever scheduling and planning

⏱️ The details:

This role kicks off at the end of June as a part-time position (3–4 days a week), perfect if you’re looking to ease in while getting across all things showcase.

As we ramp up toward the big event, you’ll grow with us — transitioning into a full-time role around September when things really start to take off.

It’s a 6-month contract running through to late November / early December, giving you the chance to be part of the full showcase journey from planning to delivery.
