Salary: Competitive Salary + Commission & Incentives

Are you a hands-on sales professional with a flair for retail, an ability to inspire others, and a commitment to achieving remarkable results?

Amart eagerly seeks your expertise to showcase your skill set to our customers & lead our team to successful Bedding sales.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Sleep Managers hold one of the most crucial roles in Amart. They run our bedding sales floor and lead our sales team, ensuring customers’ needs are met every single day.

Step into a dynamic role that invites you to participate in launching Amart’s newest showroom bedding concept. Our spacious showrooms are poised to display a diverse selection of premium products and an amazing selection of Bedding & Mattresses.

We are looking for a highly motivated Bedding Sales Manager (Sleep) who can work independently at our busy Fyshwick store. We are seeking a professional sales manager who believes in the product and can sell high ticket price items. Amart Furniture strives in success and rewards its Team Members with store incentives and bonuses.

As a Manager in our business, you will be expected to lead from the front when it comes to championing safe working practices in your store.

ABOUT YOU

Your previous leadership or supervisory experience with a large retailer will set you up for success in this role. In addition to this, you will have strong skills in managing both daily operations and sales environments. You will have exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and you’ll lead by example and motivate your team to achieve their targets and KPIs.

You’ll be able to think outside of the box when it comes to your sales approach, and you will tailor your training and coaching style to each member of your team, ensuring that each person feels supported to reach their full potential.

You will maintain the store to a high standard visually and will perform other duties to ensure a clean and safe working environment for yourself and the team.

We operate seven days a week and you will need to have flexible availability across the week.

Previous experience in management and within the bedding industry is preferred.
