Taylor – Showcase Coordinator

Our annual National Business Conference is our pinnacle event of the year and requires a dedicated and focused team of driven people to coordinate its success. The Product Showcase is a critical aspect of our conference - it takes someone who is highly motivated, organised and energetic to help coordinate and deliver it and is not for the faint-hearted!

Day in the life of....

Our Conference Coordinator will liaise with our Suppliers and Buying team for every aspect of planning that goes into our Product Showcase: from Sponsorship registrations, managing the end-to-end samples process, planning the build and pack down of showcase and everything in between. This role will oversee a team for the bump in and bump out of Showcase, and ensure that everything from stand set ups and supplier schedules to rubbish removal goes as smoothly as possible.

What are we looking for?

• This role will suit someone who enjoys planning, has impeccable attention to detail and foresight to not forget the little things.
• Ability to work well under pressure and great time management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task while managing priorities in order to meet deadlines.
• A proactive worker who takes initiative when working independently and also works collaboratively in a small team.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and high level of proficiency using MS Office Suite.
